Terms and conditions.

By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participating in the beach volleyball and beach tennis program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and property damage.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this program, including any risks that may arise from the actions or negligence of others.

3. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Coach4kids LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this program.

4. I affirm that the participant in the form in good health and capable of participating in physical activities, and I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

5. I understand that this release of liability is binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
